A veteran business reporter, Johnson has written for The Denver Post and New Haven Register. She's also held positions at radio, broadcast and multimedia outlets, including CNN, NPR and the Boston Globe's Boston.com.

She most recently covered the auto industry for The Associated Press in Detroit. Johnson grew up in Queens, N.Y. and holds a B.S. in broadcast journalism and M.S. in Business and Economics journalism from Boston University.
