Jean Guerrero is a multimedia reporter with experience covering Latin America. She started her career at the Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones Newswires in Mexico City as a foreign correspondent. She covered commodities in Mexico, Central America, and the Andean region for video, print, and online. She filmed the Wall Street Journal Mexico City Bureau’s first interview with Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto and trekked through mountains with coffee smugglers, opium poppy producers, maize farmers, and more.

Her work has also appeared in The Economist, The Seattle Times, Las Vegas Sun, San Diego CityBeat, Makeshift Magazine, Beacon and other publications.
