Arun Venugopal is a reporter with WNYC and the host of the station’s Micropolis series, which examines issues of race, gender & identity. He’s been with the station since 2005. His work has appeared in The Guardian, the Wall Street Journal and Salon. He’s also served as guest host of Slate’s Working podcast. He lives with his family in Queens and can often be found near food.
