Allie Ferguson is an Associate Producer with The Takeaway.

At The Takeaway, Allie produces stories on foreign affairs, culture, science, and the economy. She works with the morning team to cover fast breaking news and get the live show ready for air. A Seattleite by way of Montana and California, Allie especially loves working on stories about the West Coast from North Dakota sheriffs to retired smoke jumpers.

Prior to joining The Takeaway, Allie worked as a freelance reporter and producer at KUOW Public Radio in Seattle. She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in International Studies.
