Who in the world hasn’t seen the statue of Michelangelo’s David in all its naked glory? Most of us likely didn’t go to the museum in Florence that houses the masterpiece, but saw the image somewhere else, like on a T-shirt or a mug. The museum’s director is sick and tired of all tchotchkes, and she’s using the court system to try and make them go away.
