Ira Glass on 'Fair Game'
Faith talks to fellow public radio host Ira Glass about his upcoming live "This American Life" special, to be broadcast in select movie theaters.
Ira Glass's show, "This American Life," has been on the air for almost thirteen years, but it's still considered one of the freshest and most original programs on public radio. Last year, Ira expanded his storytelling-empire with the "This American Life" TV series, which begins its second season on Showtime on Sunday. And on Thursday, May 1, a live version of "This American Life" will be broadcast in select movie theaters.
"This American Life" can be heard on PRI stations across the country.
PRI's "Fair Game" with Faith Salie is a satirical news and entertainment, weekday evening program. Hosted by Faith Salie, possibly the only Rhodes Scholar who performs comedy intentionally, "Fair Game" covers the important stories of the day and features newsmaker and celebrity interviews, live music and regular appearances by the country's best comedians.
