In many African countries, dozens of different languages are spoken by different ethnic groups. And while each country often has a European language as its "official" language, most people don't even begin to understand it. That presents a problem for aid groups, trying to share information.

I agree with the report.
I believe that one of the reasons for the non success of many projects in Africa is the lack of communication and language barrier. This is some thing that needs to be addressed by a global and national bodies who are involved in assisting diverse ethnic and linguistic groups in Africa.
