Sometimes, nature knows the best way to solve a problem. There's a beetle that lives in a part of the world where less than .5 inches of rain fall per year. So the beetle draws water from the air, and now a businessman is trying to harness that idea to create, among other things, a self-filling water bottle.

Nanofilms + mechanisms = not suitable for poor areas. It's going to be expensive. It's going to break. It's going to be difficult to fix. It's going to be impossible to replace.

Make a flag, however, and it might just work. Something that is attached to a house that can augment the water supply daily, especially during the night.

Certainly the concept sounds great. At least we are once again trying to confirm that water cannot be "wasted".But after working for years in water purification and its use, I am just a bit concerned on the level of "purity" of the "bottled" result. If it a concern, perhaps an "accessory" tablet or... to treat the result is in order? Would be interested in distribution of the products once they are ready to market. Would you be willing to let me link up to your website while you are in the development phase? Please stay in touch. David H.
