New model says science under-estimates climate change

John Fasullo's trying to get some of the uncertainty out of predicting climate change. He says many of our current models aren't accurate, and are being used to under-represent the consequences of our warming planet.

It would be REALLY useful to mention the units for temperature change in this public article. Is it F. or C.? These details can help reduce uncertainty.

I agree about the units question. As of now we are about 1.5 deg F (.8 deg C) over "normal".

5 to 8 deg F is up to 5+ times greater than the "climate on steroids" we have created.

5 to 8 deg C is up to 10 times greater.

Either way, assuming damage is proportional, vast permanent growth of deserts an ocean unable to support life, storms 40 times more often, or destructive..

We can all support needed legislation, the favorite being "carbon tax and dividend. Or, we can take the Koch gamble, that all this is hogwash..

IF it is deg F, that is 5 x worse than current "climate on steroids". If it is deg C that is 10 x worse
