I wonder if anyone will ever, EVER, EVER think to interview a person who does biological fermentation professionally. Someone who might look at the drawings - and the photos of the trailers in Iraq - and say whether what is seen in any way looks like a real fermentation system. Someone who might say that for fermentation or practically any biological process the temperature is a vital parameter - and then point out that there is no indication of any temperature control on the drawings. The cooling system on the trailers in Iraq was just that and only that - not temperature control. Even the most careless brewer of the cheapest beer would have better control than any ever shown for the supposed sophisticated fermentation systems in Iraq. Or will interviews always and forever be with pundits who have zero technical background?
