A tragic event. I listened to several people say what can we do to prevent this in the future. There may be several solutions, but I think not broadcasting the event and the results of the event is a great place to start. The media is not the fault here but copy cats are everywhere and appear to thrive off attention. These criminals have been taught be what they see; regardless of their age. Lets stop giving them a stage and lets find a way to support the victims and the families.

it is time for congress to act and pass legislation to:
1) make it mandatory for anyone purchasing a fire arm, of any type, to register and provide full disclosure about themselves and use of firearm(s)
2) provide a doctor release saying they are of sound mind;
3)each firearm when sold or gifted by an individual or merchant, have a legally binding transfer document on file with a local government entity - like a vehicle transfer document.
4) outlaw all semi automatic firearms.

"Visibly upset Obama" BS, do something about it, it's about time Obama ! Truthfully, silly Americans enjoy this rhetoric if the are willing to accept it for so many years. The country is going down the drain, too bad Americans don't see it. It is just the way I remember from the communist era in Poland, absolutely no difference whatsoever, talk, talk and more talk. If things don't change soon, I will lose the country I chose to live in many years ago (US). Hope the public wakes up.
