Landlords should try to give tenants the opportunity to get their things out of the leased property after an eviction and I would not advise a landlord to place property on the curb until at least 24 hours after the eviction and there may be situations where a landlord might still want to hold the tenant&amp;#039;s possessions for longer.</description>
