										<description>This is definitely an important issue, and to add to the long list of ills in many poor urban communities is that most NIMBY-like, pollution-based projects and systems tend to be located in these communities. For example, where I live in North Miami-Dade County, close to Miami Gardens are a garbage processing site and three major highways, so I can definitely relate.</description>
