'Libya's institutions are becoming weaker,' analyst says after suspected Lockerbie bomber arrest

A Libyan man suspected of involvement in the making of the bomb that destroyed Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, in 1988, is now in US custody.
